LIVER
RECIPE
from a class member
1
large piece of liver,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 egg.
Use
a large piece of liver nearly cooked through. Mince with two
cloves of garlic and bind with an egg. Press into a shallow
baking dish lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake for 1 hour on gas mark 1, turning the meat over half
way through the cooking time.
Cut into small pieces while still warm.
It is advisable to freeze any liver that is not being
used immediately. It goes “off” very quickly.

2-3 fl oz of stock or water
2 tablespoons grated cheese,
1 tablespoon salt
3 Oxo cubes.

instead of the Marmite.
